Dean Moxham Joins HiTek as Lead Integration Engineer
Dean Moxham brings more than a decade of hands-on automation, API testing, and engineering leadership to HiTek’s integration work.

HiTek has added Dean Moxham as Lead Integration Engineer.
Dean has been building and leading quality, automation, and integration work since 2013. Most recently, he spent four years as a Software Automation Lead at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where he worked on automation architecture for the Omaha branch. Earlier in his career, he helped establish API and performance-testing practices at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska.
That experience matters because integration failures rarely stay inside the integration layer. They show up as missing orders, duplicate work, slow releases, and people losing trust in the system. Dean brings the engineering discipline to find those risks early and make the connections easier to operate after launch.
At HiTek, Dean leads integration and automation delivery across API modernization, testing strategy, CI/CD, and the system-to-system work behind larger client platforms. He works directly with Andrew and the specialists an engagement needs; there is no junior-team handoff between the client and the people making technical decisions.
We are glad to have him here.
