Selected work

What changed because we built it.

A case study should make the business problem, the work, and the result understandable. Product screens are evidence. The real story is what people can do now that they could not do before.

01 / TekMailHiTek product

Every AI agent gets an inbox. People stay in control.

As AI agents start taking real actions, they need to send and receive email like a teammate would. But handing an autonomous agent an inbox with no oversight is risky — you need provisioning, deliverability, and a human in the loop before anything goes out.

02 / BevBridgeClient platform

The beverage RFP, out of email and spreadsheets.

The beverage RFP process is a manual, three-sided mess. Agencies post requirements, suppliers respond with products, and operators broker the relationships — but doing it over email and spreadsheets makes compliance, role separation, and an audit trail nearly impossible. The original platform worked but needed a modern, secure rebuild.

03 / TekPartnerHiTek product

People and AI agents, one operating system.

Running an agency with AI agents exposed a real gap: agents lose context between tasks, and the tools for managing client work were never designed for humans and autonomous agents to collaborate in the same place. We needed a system built for that from the ground up.

04 / Aster SoftwareOngoing technical partnership

One partner across EDI, commerce, and AI.

Aster builds iQ Grower ERP for an industry with thousands of SKUs, changing crop cycles, tight shipping windows, and exact retailer requirements. EDI errors can trigger serious fines and chargebacks. As the product grew, Aster also needed reliable ecommerce connections and a practical way to make company and product knowledge useful through AI.

05 / Up In The Air BalloonsClient platform

One platform. 50+ storefronts.

A fast-growing balloon-decor franchise needed every location to feel like its own local business — its own branding, products, and pricing — while corporate kept central control and visibility. On top of that, bookings ran through a separate system (Roller), and nothing connected the storefront, the catalog, and the schedule.

06 / JackavaClient platform

One platform behind every funeral home.

Funeral homes were stuck on dated, static websites that cost $150–$500/month and did nothing to help families during the moments that matter most. Selling sympathy flowers and gifts meant either ignoring the revenue entirely or handing it to a third party — and any home that tried to do it themselves had to find, vet, and chase down local florists on their own.
