The situation

What was getting in the way.

A fast-growing balloon-decor franchise needed every location to feel like its own local business — its own branding, products, and pricing — while corporate kept central control and visibility. On top of that, bookings ran through a separate system (Roller), and nothing connected the storefront, the catalog, and the schedule.

  • Each location needed its own branded storefront, products, and pricing
  • Corporate needed central control and visibility across the whole network
  • Bookings lived in a separate system, disconnected from the storefront
  • Manual setup did not scale as new locations opened

What HiTek changed

A system people can rely on.

HiTek built a multi-tenant platform where each location gets its own subdomain storefront driven by a master product catalog with per-location overrides for pricing, availability, and branding. Stripe handles payments, a scheduled integration keeps bookings in sync with Roller, and a central dashboard gives corporate one view across every location.

  • Subdomain storefront per location, all from one codebase
  • Master catalog with per-location pricing, availability, and branding overrides
  • Stripe-powered checkout across the network
  • Roller booking integration kept in sync automatically
  • Central analytics dashboard for corporate visibility
  • Role-based access for corporate, franchisees, and store staff

The work in context

Screens with a reason to exist.

A family fun center storefront with its own logo, colors, and hero
Every location gets its own branded storefront — local themes, products, and promos, same platform underneath.
A party package product page on a venue storefront
Each venue sells its own packages at its own prices, on its own brand.
Party package configurator with age, theme, event date and time, and color options
The order carries everything the store needs to deliver: celebrant age, theme, event date and time, colors — or “surprise me.”
Franchise admin listing every location, each with its own storefront link
One admin behind every storefront — onboarding a new location is a form, not a project. Locations and figures shown are sample data.
